1. Project Scope and Deliverables

Deliverables: We will provide deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Additional work or changes outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges.

2. Payment Terms
Initial Payment: A non-refundable upfront payment of 50% of the total project fee is required to commence work.
Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables are provided.
Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. All payment details will be provided in the invoice.
No Refunds: Once a project has commenced, there will be no refunds if the client decides to stop the project. We believe in the quality of our services and our ability to meet your needs.

3. Communication and Feedback
Regular Updates: We will keep you informed of project progress through regular updates.
Feedback: Timely feedback is crucial for the project’s success. Please provide feedback promptly to ensure we can address any concerns and meet deadlines.

4. Revisions and Changes
Revisions: We offer [number of revisions] revisions as part of the project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
Change Requests: Any significant changes or additions to the project scope will be assessed and priced separately.

5. Project Timeline

Ownership: Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the project deliverables will be transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
Usage: The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Confidentiality
Client Information: We will handle all client information with the utmost confidentiality and will not disclose any details to third parties without prior consent.

8. Termination of Services
Termination by Client: The client may terminate services with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly. Please note, no refunds will be issued for terminated projects.
Termination by Crovixo: We reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches the agreement or fails to comply with the payment terms.

9. Support and Maintenance
Post-Launch Support: Post-launch support is available as part of our service package. Details of the support terms will be provided separately.

10. Dispute Resolution
Resolution: Any disputes or disagreements will be resolved amicably through communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, legal action may be pursued.
